What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and monthly payment plans online through Shop Pay.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes we do! Please fill out the commission request form here.

When will my artwork arrive?

At the checkout you will be able to select from several delivery options – please note that all delivery times are from time of dispatch, not from time of order.

Are the artworks framed?

Most artwork are not framed unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

We try to keep the images realistic to the artwork as much as possible. We do use mock-up images to display a preview of the artwork in certain settings. 

How much will shipping cost?

As our product sizes vary, you will be able to find accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages. If you want your stuff there faster, see expedited shipping costs at checkout.

My package was stolen/lost, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

When are you available?

Monday-Friday. We will not respond to any emails sent over the weekend.

What is the process for returning an artwork if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

What is your refund policy?

You can refer to our refund policy here.

Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.  

What if my address changes?

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at sales@centralizedarts.com. This includes out­­-of-date addresses. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

Cancellations 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
